Why? Oh, WHY!?

If any of you know why Blogger will not allow me to upload photos to the blog, either from my computer or from Picasa, please let me know.  Gah!

    I have a feeling it might be a Blogger issue. I saw a couple of other posts tonight complaining about the same problem!

    Sure it is Blogger. I usually do my New Posts using Compose, but had to use HTML to get the photos to download.
